New at the campsite: a dog run!
For the 2025 summer season, we're delighted to offer you a canine course specially designed to strengthen the bond between you and your four-legged companion. The course will feature a series of varied obstacles, offering a unique opportunity to combine physical activity and dog training. It's a fun and rewarding way to stimulate your dog's agility and work on obedience, all while having fun together.
The river and swimming
The Claduègne, the river that runs through our campsite, offers a pleasant stretch of water to cool off on summer days. This year, three new accesses have been added with the extension of the campsite upstream from the lake. These new accesses will allow you to enjoy the river to the full in the company of your dog. Whether you want to relax in the sun, play a game of ball or Frisbee with your dog, or splash around in the water, there are plenty of opportunities to share some refreshing fun.
Walks near the campsite
From the campsite, there are a number of short walks, ideal for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature. One of the most popular is the walk around the charming village of Saint Jean le Centenier. This route takes you partly along a road and partly along a pleasant winding path. During your walk, you'll be surrounded by the beauty of the landscape while enjoying a moment of peace and serenity. This route is ideal for a short stroll, about an hour, and also leads you to the village, where you can discover its picturesque atmosphere and surroundings. You'll be able to relax and discover a new environment, just a stone's throw from your holiday destination.
What if luxury was space?
Camping Les Arches**** is a haven of peace, nestling in a green setting with a wide variety of trees and shrubs, and plenty of space (over 10 hectares!) for your dog to enjoy. Easily accessible, the campsite rises to an altitude of 300 metres.
To the north, the site is bordered by orchards and vineyards. Further away, the Coiron volcanic massif forms the landscape.
To the east is the family farm with its land and vineyards.
To the south, an ancient viaduct marks the entrance to the campsite, which owes its name to the arches in the structure.
To the west you can admire the sunset over the Cévennes and the Tanargue massif.
Your dog's well-being
In Villeneuve-de-Berg, not far from the campsite, you'll find a CESAR &TINA dog grooming institute, ideal for offering your four-legged friend an experience of care and well-being. You can also visit the nearby Oleavet veterinary clinic for all your animal health needs. These two establishments are at your disposal to care for your pets in a pleasant and professional environment. Don't hesitate to visit them!
